If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question, and you will not be charged for the item.

Shipping & Delivery

Ground Rates:

Current Shipping Promotion: Free Standard Shipping to USA on orders over $50 (*Applies to retail orders only). For orders under $50, Standard Shipping rates are $2.95 + $1 per lb.

Expedited Rates:

Expedited (1-3 days) Shipping Rate to United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii): $17.95 + $2 per lb.
Overnight Shipping Rate to United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii): $56.95 + $4 per lb.

When will my order ship?

All Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from our warehouse.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship online orders worldwide. If you are interested in purchasing a product outside of the US, please refer to the shipping rate table below. Buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

Returns

Return Policy:

You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

For domestic (USA) returns, you can request a prepaid shipping label within 30 days by emailing us at support@fleximug.com. Please include your order number with your request. Please note that if the prepaid shipping label is used, up to $6.50 may be deducted from your return credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all international orders.

Mail-in returns received between 30-90 days may be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the original sale price. Customer must pay return shipping cost for return requests received after 30 days.

To request an exchange, please email us at support@fleximug.com. Exchange requests placed within 30 days will receive a prepaid shipping label. We will ship the new/replacement item once we receive the item to be exchanged.

Warranty

Fleximug and Flexistand:

We warrant all sales of Fleximug and Flexistand to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product. If a product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the defective product.

This warranty does not include damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect, normal wear-and-tear, or if you just change your mind. The Fleximug 3 Year Limited Warranty applies only to the Stainless Steel Mug and Lid Assembly. The 90 Day Limited Warranty applies to all Fleximug Straws ("replacement" or otherwise). All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Customer must pay return shipping cost for warranty claims received after 30 days (USA only). Customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all international orders.

Clamp-on Cupholder:

We warrant all sales of Clamp-on Cupholders to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product. If a product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the defective product.

This warranty does not include damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect, normal wear-and-tear, or if you just change your mind. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Customer must pay return shipping cost for warranty claims received after 30 days (USA only). Customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all international orders.

Replacement Straws and Clamp-on Tablet Support:

We warrant all sales of Fleximug Straws and the Clamp-on Tablet Support to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the defective product.

This warranty does not include damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect, normal wear-and-tear, or if you just change your mind. Problems caused by biting or chewing of Straws are considered normal wear and tear and not covered under warranty. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Customer must pay return shipping cost for warranty claims received after 30 days (USA only). Customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all international orders.

How to get warranty service:

If your product needs warranty service, please contact us at support@fleximug.com to make arrangements to send your product to our warehouse for inspection and repair.

Do not return your product to us without a return authorization. Damaged products must be returned directly to Fleximug in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid by customer. A copy of the original sales receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the product. Returned products must be shipped in proper packaging and shipped with insurance for loss or damage. Fleximug is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipment.

Limitation of Remedies:

Fleximug’s sole and exclusive responsibility under this warranty is to, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the product or any part or component that is deemed defective. Any replacement may be, at the option of Fleximug, a new or remanufactured product or component. If Fleximug in its sole discretion determines it is not reasonable to replace the defective component, Fleximug may refund the purchase price paid. Any refunds or liability is limited to the purchase price only. The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.
